Our consulting firm, is pleased to submit this formal letter of intent to purchase the following commodity under the terms and conditions specified below.

      •     Purity: >99.9%
      •     Annual Contract Quantity: 30,000 Metric Tons
      •     Trial Order: 5,000 to 8,000 Metric Tons
      •     Quarterly Shipment: 5,000 to 8,000 Metric Tons
      •     Destination: Shanghai Port, China
      •     Incoterms: CIF Incoterms 2020
      •     Payment Terms: To be discussed per seller’s proposal

Specifications:

      1.    Particle Size:
      •     Above 50 Mesh: <1%
      •     Below 200 Mesh: <5%
      •     70 to 200 Mesh: >94%
      2.    Packaging Requirements:
      •     Outer packaging must be intact, undamaged, dry, and free from contamination.
      •     Internal packaging should be intact, sealed, and free of internal or external pollution.
      •     The product should be free from black spots, debris, and abnormal coloration.
      3.    Chemical Purity (in ppm):
      •     Outer Quartz Sand: Al ≤18.0, Fe <0.5, Ca <0.8, Cu <0.05, Mg <0.05, K 1.0, Na 1.0, Li 1.0, Mn ≤0.1
      •     Inner Quartz Sand: Al ≤15.0, Fe <0.5, Ca <0.8, Cu <0.05, Mg <0.05, K <0.8, Na <0.8, Li <0.8, Mn ≤0.1
      •     The AL lower limit for the outer layer material is 11 ppm.
      4.    Inspection and Testing:
      •     Sampling Requirements: 200g samples from each batch, tested for granularity and chemical composition.
      •     Chemical Analysis: 40g from the sample is tested as per standard GB3284-93 or an accredited external inspection body.
      •     Particle Size Analysis: Using 50, 70, 100, 140, 200 mesh screens for a 10-minute sieve test.
      •     Judgment Guidelines: Non-compliant quartz sand will not be used for production.
      5.    Packaging:
      •     High Purity Quartz Sand should be packaged in hard paper barrels with double-layer dust-free plastic bags.
      •     The optimal net weight per barrel is approximately 200 kg.
      6.    Storage:
      •     Quartz Sand should be stored in a dry, clean area free from harmful gases and protected from rain.
      •     Stacking limit: Two layers.
