Real Estate Experience:
- Experience in the real estate field, preferably with a focus on the relocation and moving market.
Local Market Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the local real estate market or a willingness to learn it.
Sales and Negotiation Skills:
- Excellent negotiation skills and deal-making abilities.
- Outstanding sales skills with a track record of successful transactions.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and external agents.
Technological Proficiency:
- Experience using CRM systems and a willingness to quickly learn new technologies.
Organizational Abilities:
- Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time.
- Ability to work in conditions of increased responsibility and independence.
Networking Skills:
- Possession of a broad professional network and the ability to expand connections in the real estate industry (will be a significant advantage).
Language Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian.
- Knowledge of English or Portuguese would be a significant plus.
Client Orientation:
- High level of customer orientation and a commitment to providing a high level of service.
Education:
- Higher education in business, marketing, or real estate is an advantage.
