Job Description: MoveTo Relocation Agency is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to work with clients from the United States and Russian-speaking countries. The candidate should possess outstanding sales skills, be fluent in English, and have a good command of either Russian or Ukrainian.
Responsibilities:

Work with the U.S. client base:
- Conduct active sales for clients from the U.S. interested in the company's services.
- Support and advise clients on relocation, adaptation, and relocation issues.
- Organize negotiations, presentations, and other events for clients.

Work with the Russian-speaking client base:
- Communicate with clients from Russian-speaking countries, providing information about the offered services.
- Conduct negotiations and conclude contracts with clients.
- Support and advise clients on relocation, adaptation, and relocation issues.

Collaboration with internal departments:
- Interact with departments for customer support, marketing, and legal matters.
- Convey information about customer needs to improve service.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare monthly reports on sales and achievements.
- Analyze the market and competitiveness of services to determine sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Work experience in sales (experience in relocation is a significant plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using a PC, experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to organize work and manage time effectively.
- Fluent in English and Russian or Ukrainian.
