A successful start-up in the field of clothing upcycling (creation of new designs and collections, from the deadstocks) invites a Supply chain Manager (Europe - USA - Asia - Ukraine) with fluent English to join the team.
You would need to organize the process of the supply logistics for Clients (Europe, USA, Asia and other countries), supply logistics of materials for the Company's production (Portugal), and supply logistics of some samples/other to the office in Ukraine.
Requirements for the position:
Supply chain manager experience (logistics among countries of Europe/USA/Asia/Ukraine, export/import operations) is most necessary.
Understanding the supply chains and logistics between those countries.
Understanding of legislation on the market of foreign economic activity, international sales and their standards.
Experience in building logistics schemes in an optimal way and at an optimal cost.
Ensuring high speed/quality of deliveries, its market value, both for Customers and for delivery of materials for the Company.
Fluent English (written and spoken) - must be, knowledge of other foreign languages - will be good.
The ability to make regular trips to Portugal and logistics control, residence in the EU is preferred.
Experience of interaction with the warehouse and participation in the planning
Experience in creating a high-quality delivery service to customers.
Experience of working in a team with the Finance Managers, Lawyers, Warehouse Manager.
Experience in working with the products in the fashion segment or with clothing factories / similar fields will be a big plus.
Professional PC skills, Google drive services, work experience in various applications and programs necessary for work.
The ability to work with deadlines, set priorities correctly and work according to them, experience working with remote teams will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
Organization of a full cycle of international logistics among countries.
Calculation of the optimal logistics schemes from the cost point of view, search for non-standard solutions.
Search and work with contractors (transport companies), management of all logistics processes and control of deadlines.
Cost management of logistics processes and control of compliance with international legislation in the field of international business.
Partial warehouse management.
Team work with: Manager of work with suppliers, procurement, Lawyer, Finance Manager, Warehouse Manager).
Management of the logistics and delivery process, building standards in this area.
